Media, Wine and Minors

The United States Federal government has righfully let each individual state decide on an appropiate alcohol policy, while some continue to run afoul of the Commerce Clause in the Constitution, but the internet offers an entirely different range of options.

Let’s start by stating the obvious, even if you’re one of the best cheap wine clubs around, you have to continually be concerned about minors getting your product in their poccession.  That’s not good for anyone.  The question really becomes, how do you monitor minors if their parents aren’t doing a good enough job of monitoring them?  How can an internet company make sure that the only people accessing their product are doing so legally?
